  • The 14 growth principles
  • Frustration free packaging
  • Encouraging successful failure
  • Obsessing over customers

What is it that you didn’t know, when you got started?

I’ve probably written 2000 articles and I thought I was pretty decent at it. Right? But, writing a book… I didn’t know how hard it was to write a book. Part of what I learned is that you need to write so that people want to go to the next chapter. It’s not just information. My wife is the person who helped me do that. It’s incredibly difficult and incredibly satisfying. When people ask me how it was writing a book? I answer, I’m glad I’ve written a book.
